Recruitment Specialist with Russian (Częstochowa, Wrocław)

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and hard-working person for the position of Recruitment Specialist with Russian in one of the largest, dynamically developing transport company in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and independent management of recruitment projects;
• Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of methods;
• Formation of a positive image of the company among candidates (Candidate Experience);
• Creating a database of candidates;
• Direct cooperation with Managers, building and maintaining long-term relationships with Managers by matching recruitment needs; 
• Reporting activities and results.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in independent management of recruitment projects for middle and senior management positions;
• Very good command of English and Russian, both spoken and written;
• Practical ability to use direct search methods;
• Ability to set priorities and manage recruitment projects.
