Financial Controller (Poznań, Wrocław, Częstochowa)

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and hard-working person for the position of Financial Controller in one of the largest and dynamically developing transport companies in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the annual budget as well as long and short-term forecasts
  • Identification of existing financial mistakes and gaps, providing action plans to reduce risk and save costs
  • Preparation of company reports, budgets, performance monitoring, operational efficiency assessment
  • Analysis of financial performance indicators, preparation of reports reflecting the audit results
  • Planning and implementation of strategic activities
  • Establishment and control of operational processes
  • Analysis of processes and weaknesses and their optimization
  • Preparation of reports for the needs of the Management Board and Investors

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferred fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Economics)
  • At least 3 years of experience on a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of the principles of management accounting
  • Good knowledge of financial accounting
  • Experience in the field of audit / controlling / finance in a transport company will be an asset
  • Knowledge of Russian will be an asset
  • High awareness of business processes, the ability to identify them and initiate new solutions
