Senior Accountant (Poznań, Częstochowa, Wrocław)

Your responsibilities

  • Development of an effective portfolio of large clients by creating trust relationships and with solution mindset approach in the B2B sector on the Turkish market
  • Leading the customer engagement process at onboarding and implementation phases to ensure a strong engagement of the company and customers
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with key customers of the company
  • Following tender management and project management
  • Contact by phone and e-mail with customers
  • Participation in meetings and trade fairs
  • Preparation of offers and analysis of clients’ business needs
  • Monitoring and reporting of activities carried out

Our requirements;

  • Minimum 2 years of key account management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales experience as a freight forwarder
  • Deep knowledge of air freight, sea freight and overland experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Very good spoken and written English is a must ( Turkish and other languages will be an advantage)
  • B class driving license
